How much does Claude consulting cost?
Our implementation runs $2,500 to $9,500 as a one-time flat fee, depending on seats and controls. Nonprofits and associations start at $2,500; law firms start at $3,500 because of the additional security and audit setup. Optional Managed Claude (monthly usage, cost, and access reviews) is priced separately. Every band is published on our pricing page.
Do you only work with Claude?
Claude is our practice focus because it is strong at long, careful writing and includes Claude Cowork on every paid plan, which is what most SMB workflows need. But we are honest: if Microsoft Copilot or another tool fits your stack better, we will tell you on the intro call rather than sell you the wrong thing.
What is Claude Cowork and is it included?
Claude Cowork is Claude doing multi-step work in your real files, like drafting a board report from a folder of documents. It is included on every paid Claude plan, and installing and training your team on it is a core part of every engagement. Do you serve organizations outside DC and Raleigh?
Yes. Design, setup, training, and Managed Claude are all delivered remotely for teams anywhere in the US. On-site training and workshops are concentrated in the Washington DC metro and the Raleigh-Durham Triangle, where our offices are.
What happens after the two weeks?
You own everything: the setup, the Skills library, the policy, and the habit. At day 30 we check adoption and measure time saved on your first workflow. If you want ongoing care, optional Managed Claude adds monthly usage and cost reports, access reviews, and a quarterly tune-up. Many teams start without it and add it later.
