Virtual IT Manager (vITM) at Wellforce
Pillar 3 of 5

A real IT manager, without the full-time salary.

You get one named person who runs your IT day to day. They come to your office, lead your projects, and know your team by name. When something needs a decision and not just a fix, they are who you call.

Sound familiar?

Here's what we fix

You need someone to run IT, not just answer tickets.

You cannot afford a full-time IT manager, or you do not have steady work for one.

Your team never knows who to call when a real decision is needed.

What's included

Inside Virtual IT Manager (vITM)

Every line is something we run for you, not just a box we check.

Regular on-site visits

New computers, mergers, office moves, audits. Your IT manager owns the plan and runs the check-ins.

A steady rhythm

A weekly team huddle, a monthly review with your leaders, and a fresh roadmap every quarter.

Smooth hires and exits

Accounts, licenses, laptops, and access, all handled. New hires are ready on day one. Nothing slips through.

Everything written down

Your IT notes stay current. There is a guide for everything. Your IT manager keeps it that way.

Questions

About Virtual IT Manager (vITM)

How is an IT manager different from your help desk?
The help desk fixes tickets. Your IT manager runs your whole IT operation. They lead vendor calls, drive projects, join your leadership meetings, and own the roadmap. They close decisions, not tickets.
How is an IT manager different from a strategist?
Your IT manager is hands-on and in your office. Your strategist (we call it a vCIO) sits in your board meetings and plans the big picture. Most clients have both, working together.
Do we meet our IT manager before we sign?
Yes. They are named in your agreement, and you meet them during the sales process. If the fit is not right, we pair you with someone else before you sign.
What if our IT manager leaves Wellforce?
You get a new one with a 90-day overlap. Your notes live in our shared system, so the knowledge does not walk out the door.
Can we reach them between visits?
Yes. Slack, email, and phone. Visits set the rhythm, but they are available in between too.
