About the partnership

How is the IT Partnership priced?
Per user, per month. Most clients land between $150 and $250, based on size and what they need. The fee covers help desk, systems care, network, your IT manager, your strategist, and ATM security. Compliance and big projects are priced on their own.
How long does setup take?
Two to four weeks, depending on how complex things are. Your first quarterly review is set for week four. See the timeline below.
Do I have to take all five parts?
For partnership pricing, yes. The value is the full rhythm: a named IT manager, a weekly beat, and a monthly review. If you have under 25 people, we offer simpler pick-and-choose contracts instead.
How is Wellforce different from a typical IT company?
Three things. One, a named IT manager who visits your office weekly or every other week. Two, a strategist who joins your leadership meetings each quarter. Three, security built in, not sold on the side. Most companies here just close tickets. We run your IT department.
Can you replace our internal IT person?
Often, yes, especially when that person is leaving. We can also work alongside an internal hire. They handle the in-person side, we handle the deep work. Both setups work. The right one depends on your size and where you are headed.
Do you work outside DC and Raleigh?
Most of our work is in DC, NoVA, MD, and the Triangle. We can serve clients elsewhere, but on-site visits become a flight instead of a drive, and that changes the cost.
How fast is "10-minute response" really?
Our average is 6 minutes during business hours. Our promise is 10. After hours, urgent issues get a reply within 30 minutes. We publish the real numbers in a monthly report.
What happens when our IT manager is on vacation?
You have a main IT manager and a backup who covers time off. Your strategist is always there for continuity. We write everything down, so the handoff is clean.
Can we move off the partnership later?
Yes. The standard notice is 60 days. We hand over all your notes, settings, passwords, and a transition guide. We make leaving easy because we do not want to keep clients who would rather go.
