About IT in the Triangle

How is this different from the existing /raleigh-it-services or /locations/raleigh-nc page?

The legacy pages still redirect inbound traffic — Wellforce has been ranking on those for some time. This page is the rebuilt, on-token Raleigh landing for new traffic and a lighter alternative framing. Both project work and partnership work are foregrounded.

Do you actually have a Raleigh / Triangle presence?

Yes. Our Triangle office is at Imperial Business Park, 4819 Emperor Boulevard. On-site dispatch covers Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, RTP, Wake Forest, Apex, and Morrisville. The same named-technician model as our DC operation.

What's the difference between project rates and the IT Partnership?

Project work is hourly or fixed-fee, scoped per engagement. Standard project rate is $150–$250/hr; solutions architect is $250/hr; on-site day rate is $1,400. The IT Partnership is a per-user-per-month subscription that covers Help Desk, Systems Admin, Managed Network, vITM, vCIO, and ATM cybersecurity. Most orgs over 25 people fit the partnership; smaller teams often start with project work.

Do you work with the big Triangle employers?

We don't serve Fortune 500s — that's not our model. Our work in the Triangle is with the smaller and mid-sized organizations downstream of the big employers: SecureWorks, IBM, Red Hat, biotech anchors, and the defense-tech corridor all have rich SMB ecosystems around them. That's our zone.
