Wellforce collects information you provide directly when you fill out contact forms, subscribe to newsletters, or request assessments. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your IT needs.

We also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies

This website and the services listed under Third-Party Services set cookies and use your browser's storage to measure visits, record how the site is used, and measure and target advertising. The cookie names are listed under Third-Party Services. The site itself also keeps a few items in your browser: the campaign details described there (including, for 90 days, the Google ad click identifier in a cookie named wf_click, so an inquiry can be tied to the ad you clicked even if you return later), whether you dismissed a pop-up, whether you registered for a webinar, and the organization name you enter in the AI roadmap tool. When a contact or assessment form is accepted, the details you just submitted are kept briefly in your browser tab so the confirmation page can record the enquiry, and are deleted as soon as that page reads them or when the tab closes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We use the outside services below to run this website, measure how it is used, and advertise. They start when a page loads. Each one receives your IP address and details of your browser and device.

Measuring visits

• Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, your device and browser, and actions such as clicking our phone number or sending a form. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_J780FEC02G to recognize a returning browser.
• DataFast records visits, the pages viewed, the full address of each page including any campaign tags in the link you followed, the site that referred you, and which form led to an inquiry. We send it the name of the form, not what you typed. It sets four cookies whose names begin with datafast_. Our server also tells DataFast when a search engine or AI crawler requests a page. That report covers automated crawlers, not people.
• PostHog measures how visitors use the site and records sessions, including the pages viewed, the full address of each page, the site that referred you, your clicks and your scrolling, and lets us replay a visit. What you type into form fields is masked. When you submit a form, we link the contact details you gave us (such as your name, email address, company and phone number) to your activity on the site. It sets a cookie whose name begins with ph_.
• Ahrefs Web Analytics counts visits and pages viewed, with the referring site, device type and approximate location. It sets no cookies.

Advertising

• Google Ads measures whether our ads lead to inquiries, and adds visitors to audience lists that we can use to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It sets the cookie _gcl_au, and _gcl_aw if you arrive from one of our ads, and contacts Google's advertising service, DoubleClick.
• When you send us a contact or assessment request, a hashed (scrambled, one-way) copy of your email address, and of your phone number if you gave one, is sent to Google Ads so it can measure whether the ad you clicked led to your request.
• If you arrive from one of our Google ads, you may be shown a Google forwarding number in place of our phone number, so Google can record that a call took place and how long it lasted.

Forms

• Cloudflare Turnstile loads on pages with a form to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare receives your IP address and information about your browser to make that check.
• Resend delivers the email that carries your form submission to our team.
• Our marketing agency, which manages this website, receives a copy of each form submission.

With each form submission we include the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags or ad click identifiers from the link you followed.

Hosting and embedded content

• Vercel hosts this website and receives each request your browser makes.
• YouTube and Google Maps: pages with a video load a YouTube player, and our Washington DC and Raleigh location pages load a Google map. Each contacts Google when the page loads.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google provides controls for ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and a browser add-on that opts out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Each provider's privacy policy explains how it handles the information it receives.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
