About Claude for Growing Organizations

Who is this bundle for?

Any growing organization that is not a nonprofit or law firm: schools, private clubs, dealerships, and general small and midsize businesses in the DC and Raleigh areas. We tailor the workflows and examples to your world.

Why Claude instead of another AI tool?

Claude is strong, safe to roll out, and includes Claude Cowork on every paid plan, which is great for real multi-step work. If Microsoft Copilot or another tool fits your stack better, we will tell you on the intro call.

Is our data safe, including student data?

Yes. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans your data is not used to train models by default. For schools we set FERPA-aware rules that keep student records off-limits, and every setup gets a plain policy on what is safe to use.

How fast can we be live?

Two weeks for most teams. Week one is design and setup. Week two is training and go-live. By day 30 we check what stuck and measure time saved.

Do we have to buy the monthly Managed Claude?

No. The flat fee gets you fully set up, trained, and governed. Managed Claude is optional for teams that want monthly oversight of cost, usage, and quality. You can add it any time.

What if we are not sure AI is worth it yet?

The flat fee and the two-week timeline are built to answer that quickly and cheaply. You will see real time saved on your first workflow by day 30, and then you decide whether to go further.
