If Anthropic reports no incident, update Claude Desktop, confirm your paid plan and organization’s Cowork toggle, check connector permissions, and make sure a device needed for local files or Dispatch is awake and online.

Cowork remains available on paid Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans. Desktop support includes macOS and Windows. Web and mobile are in beta rollout. Team Standard remains $20 per seat per month on annual billing or $25 billed monthly.
Anthropic’s current getting-started guide lists Claude on the web plus current iOS and Android apps as Cowork surfaces, with rollout beginning on Max and more plans following.
Cowork and Claude Code can navigate supported desktop apps when a connector or tool is not available. Anthropic warns that this surface has different risks and requires per-app permissions.
