Pillar 5 of 5

Network that gets out of your way.

Wired, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, firewalls, ISP relationships — designed, deployed, and operated as one stack. The network either works or it doesn't; we make sure it does.

The problem

What this fixes

  • Wi-Fi works in some rooms but not the conference room you actually need.

  • ISP outages turn into a four-hour finger-pointing session between vendors.

  • Nobody owns whether the firewall config is up to date.

Questions

About Managed Network

Do you replace our existing equipment?

Only if the equipment can't do the job or is past end-of-life. We'll quote a refresh in the first quarterly review with the rationale; you decide the timing.

What if our ISP is the problem?

We own the ISP relationship for you — including the four-hour finger-pointing call. SD-WAN with a backup circuit makes most ISP issues transparent to your users.

Can you handle a multi-site network?

Yes. Multi-site is the sweet spot for SD-WAN and centralized firewall management. Many of our clients are 3–15 locations.

Do you do site surveys before quoting?

Always. A heat map and a cabling walk-through are part of the onboarding for any office over 5,000 sq ft.
