Your team is meaningfully more productive within 90 days.
Cultivate is the adoption engagement: training your team, building the agents and workflows that take real work off their plate, and producing the metrics that prove it worked. Built for COOs and operations leaders who own the outcome.
Cultivate fits if any of these are true.
And if any of the anti-fit signals on the right describe you, we'll point you to the better doorway — including the other Wellforce products.
-
You're a COO or operations leader with a mandate to "make AI real" this year.
-
You've picked a few high-value workflows and you need someone to actually build them.
-
Your team needs hands-on training, not another webinar.
-
You need before/after metrics to put in front of leadership.
-
You haven't agreed on which workflows to attack yet — start with Compass to set strategy.
-
You only need a chatbot subscription and some prompt training. That's a license, not an engagement.
-
Your IT is in crisis. Cultivate runs better on top of stable IT — start with the Partnership or Backbone.
-
You expect the adoption work to land entirely in IT. Cultivate is operations-led; we partner with you, not for you.
Inside Cultivate
Productized, scoped, and operated. Every line item below is a deliverable, not a brochure bullet.
- Project (per sprint)
Use-case design sprints
Two-week sprints that go from "this workflow is painful" to a working agent or automation in production with measured impact.
- Project + ongoing tuning
Agent + workflow build-out
Real implementation — Microsoft Copilot Studio, custom GPTs, n8n / Make / Zapier flows, MCP integrations. Built once, owned by you.
- Project + retainer support
Productized agent deployment
Ship one or more of the eleven productized agents (member services, donor engagement, client intake, etc.) into your environment.
- Onboarding + quarterly
Hands-on team training
Role-based training cohorts. Not a webinar — small groups, real workflows, measurable upskill.
- Ongoing
Champions program
A network of internal AI champions, supported by Wellforce. They are how adoption sticks.
- Ongoing
Adoption metrics + dashboards
Before/after time tracking, adoption rates by team, dollar impact estimates. The numbers your board will ask for.
- Onboarding + on-demand
Change management support
Communications plan, leadership talking points, FAQ library. Your people don't fight what they understand.
- Quarterly
Quarterly business review
Outcomes review with your leadership — what shipped, what stuck, what's next. Tied to your operating cadence.
Concrete deliverables, not vague phases.
The first 90 days have named outputs. If we miss them, you know it — that's the point of writing them down.
- Day 30
First sprint shipped
Use-case workshop complete. First agent or workflow live in production with at least one team using it. Baseline metrics captured.
- Day 60
Second sprint + champions
Second use case shipped. Champions program seeded with three to seven internal leads. First training cohort complete.
- Day 90
Adoption proof + roadmap
Adoption dashboard live. Before/after metrics on the first two use cases. Six-month roadmap of next sprints signed by your leadership.
Named humans. Same humans next quarter.
Continuity is not a feature; it's the whole point of a productized engagement.
- Adoption Lead
Operations-savvy lead who runs the use-case sprints, the champions program, and the QBR cadence.
- AI Engineer(s)
Build the agents and workflows. Sized to your sprint volume — 1 to 3 engineers for typical engagements.
- Training facilitator
Runs the team training cohorts. Same person across cohorts so the experience is consistent.
- AI Strategist
On standby to escalate strategy or governance questions. Pairs with Compass if you have it.

About Cultivate
How is Cultivate different from Compass?
Compass is strategy and governance — what to do and how to do it safely. Cultivate is the build and the adoption — actually shipping the agents and getting your team to use them. Most multi-product clients run Compass first, then Cultivate; some run them in parallel.
Do you build custom agents or use off-the-shelf tools?
Whichever fits. Microsoft Copilot Studio, custom GPTs, n8n, Make, Zapier, MCP-connected agents — the right tool depends on the workflow. We don't have a hammer; we have a kit.
What does "use-case sprint" actually look like?
Two weeks. Week one: scope, data check, design. Week two: build, test, train the team. End of sprint: a working agent or automation in production with baseline metrics. Most clients ship two to four sprints per quarter.
Will my team actually use what you build?
That's exactly what the champions program and the adoption dashboard exist for. We measure it. Adoption below 50% on a use case means we re-design or retire it — that's in the cadence, not a surprise.
What if a use case fails?
Some will. The point of two-week sprints is to find that out fast and cheap. Failed sprints feed the roadmap — what to try differently, what to drop. We report failures the same way we report successes.
Can we keep what you build if we leave?
Yes. Everything is built in your tenant, your tools, your repo. We hand over runbooks and ownership at off-boarding. There is no Wellforce-only black box.
Cultivate starts with a 30-minute intake.
We'll confirm fit, scope the engagement, and have a precise quote in your inbox within 48 hours. If we're not the right doorway, we'll tell you.
